Breakfast is self-serve in the kitchen, any time after 6:30 am weekdays and 7 am on Saturday and Sunday.
We have a self-serve continental breakfast each morning available in the kitchen. There will be bagels, cereal, a baked goods selection, and fruit. Juice, milk, yogurt, and egg bites will be in the refrigerator. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are always available in the dining room.
Check in is 4-6 pm, please advise if you need other accomodations.
We have three parking spaces in the back of Lawrence Street. There is also street parking.

Yes, you may smoke (cigarettes, cigars & tobacco pipes) outside on the back patio. The front porch and interior is smoke-free.
The Fleur De Lis room has a TV. The York and Sunset Suite do not. There is a TV available in the living room.
This historic house was built in 1864, and unfortunately, the bathrooms are small and will not accommodate a wheelchair. The Fleur De Lis and York rooms are both on the main floor, and if you park in the back, you will not have to use any steps; plus, both rooms have walk-in showers. However the showers are raised 7 inches and not zero entry. The Sunset Suite is upstairs and has the biggest bathroom with a tub/shower.
Please respect our guests by decreasing the noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
